How our graphic design process works

Whether it is logo, brochure, packaging, advertisement or any design.

Any project, be it a logo, brochure, packaging or advertisement design starts primarily with a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and by when. To clarify what needs to be done, especially in a logo design, we first send you a questionnaire.

We provide graphic design services such as logo design, brochure design, advertisements and packaging design to long-term clients from different countries in Europe, Australia, the Middle East and the US. Our high design quality and on-time delivery has resulted in clients trusting us for their graphic design needs and coming back to us with their graphic design requirements over the years.

Our process

The Questionnaire

Any project, be it a logo, brochure, packaging or advertisement design starts primarily with a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and by when. To clarify what needs to be done, especially in a logo design, we first send you a questionnaire.

The Brief

Your answers to questions in the questionnaire, would give us a clear idea of what kind of design is required, what your ideas and wish for the design are – in short, they will serve as brief.

The Question

Once the brief is ready, we will work out the financials and the deliverables. The actual design process begins once these are mutually agreed upon and understood.

The Design

Now, the actual design starts. The time required at this stage would depend on the complexity of the project and the number of designs to be presented. Once ready, the initial designs are presented. Based on the feedback received these are further modified and fine tuned until the final design is created.

The Deliverables

The final files are then delivered – and these can be in a number of formats. If it is a logo design, there are print and vector files for printing and separate formats for web use. The project is essentially complete when all the files are delivered to the client.
